Orders from America.

We do welcome orders from American customers but please be aware that certain products, mainly made in China or Indonesia, will carry an extra surcharges.

If you want to know more we can provide you a proforma invoice of your order so you could enquiry about at your local revenue and taxes bureau.

Pallet Deliveries

Agnes + Cat reserves the right to determine the mode of delivery. This means that on occasion (large orders / large items ) an order must be shipped via pallet freight. The customer will be advised of this upon dispatch and a delivery date will be agreed then. Commercial pallet deliveries are made on a curb-side delivery basis. The delivery is not timed, however the freigh company usually will telephone an hour before the delivery is to take place.

If the pallet arrives at the destination and no-one is there, the driver will contact the number provided by the customer and usually wait for around 10 minutes. If they cannot reach the customer, they will contact Agnes + Cat to advise us of this. If a redelivery is booked after the 1st attempt, Agnes & Cat reserves the right to charge a £20+VAT redelivery fee for this service and for any consecutive redelivery on the same consignment.

TERMS OF SHIPPING:

Minimum Order

There is no minimum order for UK Mainland. For the Export orders the Minimum order is £135+vat.  

Payments

Payments will be in pounds sterling GBP, we accept all major credit of debit cards and also payment by Cheque, Direct Bank Transfer or PayPal.We prefer that the first order will be paid by Direct Bank Transfer, it is the best way how to get to know each other and start a business partnership in trust and also confidence.

VAT

All prices quoted throughout this site are excluding VAT.

Your orders are sent on DAP incoterms (Delivered At Place)

The buyer, you, is responsible for paying any import courier clearance fees, local taxes and import duties.

Please note: For export orders containing bulky products like furniture, displays, or molten glass, there may be an additional shipping charge.
